Madrid (AP) - Spanish energy company Repsol to sell Chile natural gas unit for $ 5.4 million in cash and will use proceeds of $ 3,170,000 to repay debt.

Repsol Butano Chile Lipigas gas company, holds 45% shares of the major players in the sale of bottled gas for residential and commercial. Repsol said Lipigas control 38 percent of Chile's bottled natural gas market. It has 1,000 distributors. Bottled gas is widely used throughout Latin America.
