(AP) - Budapest, Hungary Hungary, prosecutors said they have taken the detention and charged with war crimes suspects to take the part of the deportation of Jews in 1944.
Prosecutors said Laszlo Csatary their attention, the Simon Wiesenthal Center, brought the case, was detained on Wednesday.
They said Csatary Slovakia Kosice City Police at one time part of Hungary, when Jews were deported to Auschwitz and other death camps, he is currently train was loaded and sent on their way.
The prosecutors hope that the 97-year-old criminal suspects under house arrest, which will also allow the authorities confiscated Csatary passport.
The prosecutors said, to consider Csatary age, he is in a good physical and mental state.
