Deposed former central African republic (CAR) President francois bozize still return to power ambitions, he told French media, over several months of silence, because he was ousted in March of the rebels.
Bozize, who ruled over 10 years, rich mineral resources of the former French colony after rebels overthrow his government fled to Cameroon, Bangui and capture of the river.
Bozize, said in a radio France international broadcast on Saturday when accepting a reporter to interview, he had formed a political organization, there are some people, is known as the constitutional order car before the return, or Frocca.
He says, its purpose is to "follow and condemn what is happening in the country, and inform the international community doesn't seem to have been aware of the serious crisis, drama, the central African republic."
Car interior rebellion - one of the poorest places on earth - triggered many aid organizations and the UN agencies pulled out after the humanitarian crisis, its 4.5 million residents to leave.
Led by the new government by interim President michel Djotodia, head Seleka rebels to bozize has issued an arrest warrant, accusing him of "crimes against humanity and genocide crimes."
Asked whether he has created a new political entity, means he is going back, bozize said: "yes, squash, if appear, I will do that."
Bozize, said he was in Paris to visit, to organize to meet with French officials, although they are now holiday.
France, he said: "the best placed to help solve the problem, and the contribution of the African union."
A spokesman for the French foreign ministry, there are currently no bozize didn't plan any contact.
The central African republic is rich, insufficient development of gold, diamond and uranium deposit, but since independence from France in 1960, has been plagued by political instability and a coup.
Bozize neighbouring Chad's support, and subject to attack by Seleka rebels after march to have a good promise of power sharing seized power in a coup in 2003.
