Madrid (AP) - The National Bureau of Statistics said that the recession-ravaged countries from the same period last year the Spaniard left in the first half of this year rose 44 percent.
The institute said Tuesday, current estimates show 40,625 Spaniards moved to January to June, 28,162 compared to last year.
It said the country a total of 269,515 people to stay within six months, 228,890 people are foreigners.
The figures are based on the municipal census.
Spain is again suffered by the economic recession, the unemployment rate of nearly 25% of the weight.
Spain's population increased by nearly one fifth, about $ 470,000 a decade ago, in the 2008 financial crisis.
It is currently at 460,000.
