Tokyo (Japan) – NSK Ltd. (NSK Headquarters: Tokyo, Japan, President and CEO Norio Otsuka) was investigated on July 26, 2011 by Japan Fair Trade Commission (“JFTC”) in relation to the Japan Antimonopoly Act regarding sales of certain products.

Locations investigated include the company's headquarters in Tokyo and some other sales branches in Japan.

NSK will fully cooperate with the relevant JFTC investigations.
