Oxford Open Day to Showcase Full Range of Brammer Capability

(May 24, 2011)

The unrivalled range of support available from Brammer, the UK’s leading supplier of maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) products and services, will be showcased to both existing and potential customers in the south Midlands at an Open Day to be held at Brammer’s Oxford Sales & Service Centre on Friday 24th June 2011.

The branch, at Unit 4, Cherwell Business Centre, Station Field Industrial Estate, Kidlington OX5 1LA, will host stands and demonstrations from a range of major component manufacturers including SKF, NSK, Schaeffler, Timken, Cooper, Glacier, Optibelt, Renold, Tsubaki, SMC, Festo, Ambersil, Loctite, WEG, Gedore and Facom.

The event, organised again following the huge success of a similar event last year, will run from 9.30am to 4pm. It will be of particular interest to engineers, maintenance staff and purchasing staff from manufacturing companies of all sizes and industry sectors who can discuss their specific requirements with the Brammer Oxford team. Refreshments will also be provided.

Danny Williams, Branch Manager at Brammer Oxford, commented: “The open day is a great opportunity for local manufacturing companies to come along and find out how Brammer can add value to their organisation through the prompt and competitive supply of maintenance spares from all of the leading global component manufacturers, supported by independent advice and technical support.

“We offer a truly local service but with access to experts from across the country able to draw on a vast range of experience to help customers improve productivity, reduce downtime and total ownership costs, and ultimately increase their profitability.

“Ongoing rises in energy costs and the constant drive to reduce carbon footprints mean the focus for many companies is more than ever on energy efficiency and so the Open Day will showcase a wide range of technologies which are proven in reducing energy consumption across a variety of applications.”
