R/W Connection, Inc., Roanoke, VA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Singer Equities, purchased the operating assets of Virginia Carolina Belting, mid-Atlantic industrial rubber products distributor specializing in the sale, fabrication, and installation of conveyor belting and systems.
The president and majority stockholder of Virginia Carolina Belting, Ted Ivanco, will continue with the new venture.
