ART Technologies, a family owned and managed high volume precision metal forming company in Hamilton, OH has become the primary bearing supplier for FLEX-N-GATE SEEBURN of Beaverton, ON. "In the past, we had offshore suppliers shipping us many bearings. But due to inconsistent shipments and quality we looked for an alternative. ART was able to help," according to Barry Grant, Purchasing Manager for FLEX-N-GATE SEEBURN.
"ART Technologies supported us even when they were not our main bearing supplier at the time. They helped ensure our production ran smoothly when other suppliers had problems. This is just one of the reasons ART Technologies is currently our #1 bearing supplier," stated Mr. Grant.
ART addressed the need to increase production capacity without increasing cost, by fully automating a second bearing assembly line. In doing so ART Technologies was able to become Flex-N-Gates #1 bearing supplier. ART Technologies greatly improved capacities while continuing excellent quality at low cost.
Using proven past techniques with leading edge engineering and the latest available production technologies, ART offers unique solutions for manufacturing difficult and custom stampings, bearings, and assemblies.
ART serves a diverse customer base in many industries, including but not limited to Agricultural, Appliance, Auto, Truck, Bus, and Trailer marketplaces. Products and services include Metal Stampings, Automotive Door Striker Assemblies, Ball Thrust Bearings and Tapered Roller Thrust Bearings.
