The Charlotte-based seals, bearings and compressors manufacturer bought Horizon Compressor Services Inc. of Houston, RAM Air Inc. of New Smyrna Beach, Fla., and CP Services (Northern) Ltd. of Warrington, U.K.


EnPro said it will integrate the businesses into its Compressor Products International division.


“We are quite pleased to announce the completion of these acquisitions in support of the continued growth of Compressor Products International,” president and CEO Steve Macadam said. “Acquisitions completed over the past 30 months have greatly increased the products, services and geographic reach of CPI, while giving the acquired businesses access to greater resources and new market channels. We are very enthusiastic about this strategy, which we believe offers significant opportunities to EnPro as we seek to expand our product lines and enter new markets.”
