Bearings Ltd., a Long Island, NY-based supplier of bearing and power transmission products, will relocate its distribution center from 3777 Business Park Drive in Columbus, OH, to 5820-5860 Clyde Moore Drive in Groveport. The 61-year-old company purchased the Greenpointe Business Park building from Columbus-based The Thorson Co. for $1.24 million, or approximately $52 per square foot.

The Groveport industrial building is 24,000 square feet and features four loading docks with levelators and two drive-in bays. The 10-year-old property has a ceiling height of 24 feet. It currently has 1,350 square feet of office space, but will undergo some changes during build-out to fit Bearings’ needs.
