On June 12, 2008 the traditional annual meeting with authorized distributors representing ZKL Group in sale of ZKL bearings on the territories of Czech and Slovak republics was held.
This year the session took place in the premises of the new ZKL Group commercial and technical center in Brno - Lisen. Among the present there were the exponents of distributing companies in Czech Republic ARKOV, BRAMMER, MATEZA, SAK, TRIO and ZPV GROUP, while COMMERC, KBM and SLS represented Slovak distributors.
In his introductory speech the general manager of ZKL Group Mr. Jiri Prasil, Eng. CSc. projected the present developments and future plans of the group including the information regarding the situation in ZKL Klasterec nad Ohri. Further there were presented the actual commercial results achieved in year 2007 and advice regarding the evolutions in year 2008.
It was followed by inspection of newly built prototype workshop and measurement section in the commercial and technical center as well as an excursion to ZKL Brno a.s. plant.
The afternoon program was reserved for rendering information to commercial partners in respect of current assortment innovations, technical advancement and research and development. After that the partners were acquainted with actualities in ZKL Brno and ZKL Hanusovice plants.
After these presentations of ZKL Group next came the individual distributors appearance and round-table discussion comprising suggestions on further collaboration amelioration and thus enhancement of ZKL bearings sales in Czech and Slovak territories.
As a part of the conference the pronouncement of best distributors of 2007 in Czech Republic and in Slovakia took place. These appraisals went to Czech company SAK Loziska, Horni Tosanovice and Slovak KBM, Zilina. For the second time there was also appraised the distributor of highest sales dynamics - the Czech company TRIO Loziska Olomouc was awarded by this prize repeatedly.
All the authorized distributors were handed over the distributorship certificates for the next term.
