ZKL Bearings CZ, a.s. attended the trade fair IESS 2013 in Mumbai, India held on 14. – 16.3.2013.

Within the inaugural programme Mr. Anand Sharma – Minister of Trade and Industry of India accompanied by Mr. Martin Kuba – Minister of Trade and Industry of the Czech Republic visited the stand of ZKL Group. Mr. Sharma was very interested in the production program of our company and extensive plans of ZKL regarding the expand business activities in India.
An integral part of our participation was also active business during the rich programme of the delegation led by Mr. Kuba. We met with ministers of particular areas of industry and we could present ZKL interests in the territory.

An interesting contribution was the opening discussion of Czech-Indian working committee where ZKL is a member together with five other Czech companies. From the Indian side there are represented all the most important state engineering companies. In this committee we observed a significant interest of Indian side in cooperation concerning the area of bearings both direct deliveries from the Czech Republic as well as the establishment of a joint production in India.
