1. The above sales figures include sales of MISUMI Corporation, SURUGA SEIKI CO., LTD., and all other consolidated subsidiaries of MISUMI Group Inc.
2. The sales figures provided herein have been synchronized across subsidiaries and therefore include sales from even those subsidiaries whose fiscal years do not end in March, such as MISUMI (CHINA) PRECISION MACHINERY TRADING CO., LTD.
3. The former "Diversified businesses" has been changed to "Other businesses". "Other businesses" includes machine tools,
maintenance supplies (MRO business).
4. Sales attributable to PROMICLOS have been removed from last year’s results (both “Other businesses” and companywide
figures) to facilitate a pro forma comparison of real year-over-year changes.
The PROMICLOS business (medical supplies for veterinary hospitals and medical practitioners) was sold to a third party.
5. The above sales figures do not include sales contributions from Dayton Progress Corporation and Anchor Lamina America,
Inc. which were acquired in November 2012.
Sales contributions from the two companies will appear in monthly sales data beginning April 2013.
