In the 11th week negotiations about a collective agreement for all companies of ZKL Group were concluded. In new collective agreements there is determined especially wages development for the year 2012 and legislative changes based on the new Labour Code which is in force from 1.1.2012. The employer together with the trade unions believe that we have a difficult journey ahead of us this year, but it will be crowned by achieving the agreed plans with help of sophisticated work of all employees in ZKL Group.
