The Kaman Corporation board of directors yesterday declared a regular quarterly dividend of 16 cents per common share. The dividend will be paid on January 8, 2013 to shareholders of record on December 24, 2012. The payment, when made, will mark forty-three consecutive years of dividend payments by Kaman.
