SKF, the knowledge engineering company, has launched a 20% discount offer on an entry-level SKF Basic Condition Monitoring Kit that is open to any customer who simultaneously purchases one additional SKF maintenance tool from a selected range*. The offer is open from 1 June to 31 December 2012.
The SKF Basic Condition Monitoring kit CMAK 400-ML kit comprises an essential collection of measurement tools for all industrial manufacturing plants, making machine health monitoring a simple task for maintenance, operations, reliability and condition monitoring engineers. The diagnostic information provided by these tools identifies if any planned maintenance or repairs need be carried out with minimal disruption, reducing overall maintenance costs, improving safety, and increasing both plant availability and product quality.
The kit includes the following tools: the SKF Machine Condition Advisor CMAS 100-SL, which simultaneously measures machine vibration, bearing condition and temperature to indicate general machine health; an external sensor kit for the SKF Machine Condition Advisor, which provides convenience for hard-to-reach locations and with the sensor's magnetic base enables measurements with good repeatability and therefore accurate trending of results; the SKF Infrared Thermometer CMSS 3000-SL, a heavy duty, dual-laser sighted, non-contact instrument for long-range applications; and the SKF Inspector 400 Ultrasonic Probe CMIN 400-K, which senses high frequency sounds produced by operating equipment, leaks and electrical discharges, and makes them audible to engineers.
*To qualify for 20% off the SKF Basic Condition Monitoring kit CMAK 400-ML, customers must order one of the following: an SKF Thermal Camera TKTI 10, 20 or 30, an SKF Stroboscope TKRS 10 or 20, an SKF Video Endoscope TKES 10 Series or the SKF Electrical Discharge Detector TKED 1 in their order between the 1 June and 31 December 2012.
