1. The above sales figures include sales of MISUMI Corporation, SURUGA SEIKI CO., LTD., and all other consolidated
subsidiaries of MISUMI Group Inc.

2. The sales figures provided herein have been synchronized across subsidiaries and therefore include sales from even those
subsidiaries whose fiscal years do not end in March, such as MISUMI (CHINA) PRECISION MACHINERY TRADING CO., LTD.

3. The former "Diversified businesses" has been changed to "Other businesses". "Other businesses" includes machine tools,
maintenance supplies (MRO business), Consumables and veterinary and medical supplies (PROMICLOS Corporation).
