This is to announce the following personnel and organizational changes at MISUMI Group effective April 1, 2011.

1. Organization change
* To strengthen manufacturing functions in FA businesses, an FA Engineering Center and an FA Production Center will be created within the Production Platform Group of MISUMI Group Inc. At the same time, Suruga FA Manufacturing Company and SP Parts, manufacturing units that had resided under Company organizations, which function as business units at MISUMI Corporation, will be integrated into the FA Production Center to consolidate FA manufacturing functions.

* To rapidly expand FA International businesses, the FA International Company of MISUMI Corporation will be dissolved. Instead, International business functions will be transferred to the FA Motion Company and the FA Element Company. Also, management will be reinforced to expand business in China.
