NTN Corporation (hereafter, NTN) announces that its Board of Directors approved on March 28, 2011, a resolution to change the President as described below.
This change will become an official decision by the Board of Directors after approval at the FY2010 annual meeting of stockholders to be held on June 24, 2011.

With the three-year medium-term management plan commencing in April 2011, we are reshaping the management structure to achieve higher performance, recognizing the importance of speedy business expansion in the growing markets of the world by enhancing our “Monozukuri” capability and reorganizing our global production structure.
