Applied Industrial acquires assets of UZ Engineered from State Industrial Products

Applied Industrial Technologies, Inc., a distributor of bearings, power transmission components, and fluid power components and systems, has acquired the assets of UZ Engineered Products, Inc. from State Industrial Products Corporation (SIPC).

SIPC is a manufacturer and distributor of industrial products, while UZ Engineered is a distributor of products for maintenance, repair and operational needs. All the entities are based in the US.
