Tsubaki has released the GT4 Winner, a fourth-generation BS/DIN standard roller chain.
Tsubaki has reduced wear and chain elongation over a longer period of time - even for a standard drive roller chain.
Tsubaki's BS/DIN series roller chain utilises a new production technique to manufacture a seamless bush with grooves incorporated on the inner surface.
The lube-grooved (LG) bush holds oil at the point of contact, where the chain needs it most, providing an internal reservoir for lubricant.
The result is a chain that lasts longer, with lower maintenance costs over its lifetime.
The Tsubaki BS/DIN series chain has a seamless bush with a precise cylindrical profile and surface finish, resulting in better surface contact between the pin and bush, along with improved lubricant retention.
The chain is easily disassembled and, in the event of the chain being overloaded, the markings on the rivet head identify pin rotation.
The Ring Coined connecting link allows the chain to be specified up to its full kW rating.
The typical standard slip-fit connecting link is usually much weaker than the other links.
Tsubaki's Ring Coin technology has overcome that.
The new BS/DIN series chain reduces CO2 emissions because of the greatly extended replacement frequency.
Supplied in a high-quality box design for the European market, GT4 Winner is available in sizes 06B to 48B as standard; larger sizes are available on request.
Both simplex and duplex variants are available; a triplex variant is available to order and as a stock item later in the year.
Tsubaki and many of its distribution partners will hold stock of the new GT4 Winner chain throughout Europe, making it available for next-day delivery in most areas.
