Miller Bearings, Inc., is proud to announce that William Bieberbach, David Morell and Dr. Raleigh (Sandy) Seay have been elected to its Board of Directors. Richard Anderson, Edna Etheridge, Craig Faber, Owen Matthews, Glen Schumacher, Lynne Sears and Benjamin Suazo continue their board terms.
Edna Etheridge, stockholder, commented, “As Florida’s largest independent distributor of mechanical, electrical and fluid power transmission, we want to ensure that our business policies and philosophies continue to serve the needs of industry. The elections of Mr. Bieberbach, Morell and Dr. Seay add expertise to our board that will continue Miller’s tradition of excellence in customer service well in to the future.”
Mr. Bieberbach brings 40 years of experience in marketing, operations, finance and corporate development as a professional consultant, most recently with Ron Jon Surf Shop.
Mr. Morell, CPA, is President of Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery, a division of Leavitt Management Group, Inc. He has international leadership experience in Germany and the UK as President of Graseby PLC subsidiaries.
Dr. Seay is President of Seay Management Consultants, Inc., a full service Human Resources Management firm, founded in 1966 and serving clients throughout the U.S.
Mrs. Etheridge further commented, “Miller Bearings aspires to maintain the trust our customers have given us during our 60 years of being a value-added supplier to industry. These gentlemen add tremendous knowledge to our board in the areas of financial management, human resources management and marketing and will assist us in doing just that.”
