Further investigations into the Schaeffler-SKF fake counterfeit catch continue to uncover more outrageous claims.

The lawyer acting for Schaeffler & SKF claims the directors of BATUCOM Kugellager GdbR Erlangen Germany were the "criminals" having imported more than 40 tonnes of spurious bearings into Europe. However, it appears BATUCOM knows nothing and documents suggest very little importation of bearings were ever made nor any legal charges against company directors.

Its like a sequence from 'Hogans Heros' when Sgt. Schultz says: "I know nothing"

Strangely, this same Schaeffler/SKF lawyer has somewhat gone into hiding and was revealed last week to be professionally employed with Kanzlei.FSR in Erlangen the same location in Germany as the accused, what a coincidence.
