SKF India Ltd has announced that the Company will publish the audited results in respect of its working for the financial year ended December 31, 2008 within a period of three months of the close of the accounting year i.e. December 31, 2008. As such, the unaudited results for the financial year ended December 31, 2008 will not be published within one month of the expiry of the Company's accounting year ended December 31, 2008.

The stock was trading at Rs.138, up by Rs.0.05 or 0.04%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.142 and low of Rs.131.

The total traded quantity was 407 compared to 2 week average of 3418.
