President of Wroclaw Agglomeration Development Agency inaugurates the facility
Al Masaood Group has recently opened a new service centre in Wroclaw, Poland, through their partner Osborne Engineering LTD (OEL), providing high quality, repair manufacture, failure analysis and alignment services of white metal bearings for use in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Power sector. The Service Centre was inaugurated by the President of the Wroclaw Agglomeration Development Agency Mr. Dariusz Ostrowski, with attending members from OEL and The Al Masaood Group.
Mr. Ostrowski commended Al Masaood for using the latest technology throughout the facility which will surely meet the demands and standards of the European market. He concluded his tour by thanking OEL and Al Masaood Group for choosing Poland as their first European facility and providing new job opportunities for the local laborers.
The new Service Centre will offer state-of-the-art equipment for the manufacture, and repair of all types of white metal bearings. The facility will also offer failure analysis and alignment services for white metal bearings for use in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Power sector. A team of specialized professionals has been hired to ensure first-class quality management, and that international standards are carried throughout all procedures.
Outlining the strategic plan of the Al Masaood Group, His Excellency Masaood Ahmad Al Masaood, said: "We are currently implementing a strategic plan which seeks to strengthen our pioneering and distinctive role throughout the region as well as worldwide in order to consolidate our position as a leading commercial organization. Our outreach to the European market is a testament to that promise”.
He added that the new service centre will occupy a space area of 2000m² and would enhance the Company's service portfolio by providing services used in various industries in addition to end-user consumers.
H.E. added that Al Masaood Group chose Poland to establish the Manufacturing and Service Centre due its strategic geographical position, specialist local labour skills, and to meet the needs of the European as well as the international markets.
