Groleau Promoted at New Hampshire Ball Bearings

New Hampshire Ball Bearings, Inc. recently announced the promotion of Gary Groleau to the position of senior divisional manager.

In his new and expanded role, Groleau will help NHBB's leadership facilitate organizational change and training & development efforts across all three divisions. At the same time, he will continue serving as the human resources manager for the Astro Division, a position he has held for more than 11 years.

Groleau's educational background includes a B.A. degree in English Education from the University of New Hampshire and a Master's degree in Community Economic Development from New Hampshire College. For the past three years Groleau has been working on his Ed.D. (Doctor of Education) degree in Organizational Change from Pepperdine University. He is currently two-thirds of the way through that program.
