Return of Property Assets of Affiliated Company ZKL Klasterec nad Ohri, a., s.

In the sessions of creditors' committee of the bankrupt - ZKL Klasterec nad Ohri, a.s. company - held on January 17 and February 22, 2008 the bankruptcy administrator (trustee) informed the committee of the following facts:

On January 10, 2008 the High Court of Justice in Praha, as the court of appeals, confirmed the judgment of first instance and found the agreement dated August 30, 2002 on sale of the said company as absolutely null and void. In contrariety to law the assets of ZKL Klasterec nad Ohri, a.s. company had been sold by that agreement to the company Comindustrial s.r.o., now ZKL Klasterec spol. s r.o., whose owner is the company HTC Holding, a.s. Bratislava (Slovakia).
On February 22, 2008 the verdict of the High Court of Justice in Praha has come into force and as a consequence of that the manufacturer of bearings KINEX in Kysucke Nove Mesto and in Bytca (Slovakia) as well as other entities have lost their rights whatsoever to use ZKL trademark.

Consequently to the facts under points 1 and 2 above the bankrupt company ZKL Klasterec nad Ohri, a.s. is going to present to the creditors the proposal on compulsory settlement by law, the approval of this proposal is anticipated by end of April 2008 at the latest. Based on it the fraudulent bankruptcy proceedings performed by "bankruptcy mafia" of judge Berka would at last come to an end. The instigator is still unknown.
