Dover Corporation Declares Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend

The Board of Directors of Dover Corporation (NYSE: DOV) today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.20 (twenty cents) per share, payable on March 14, 2008 to shareholders of record as of February 29, 2008.
