Poland's Complex Preparing for IPO
Complex S.A. (Poland) is reportedly preparing for an Initial Public Offering of stock on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Complex manufactures over 5,000 types of bearings, bearing sleeves, slide bearings, bearing rings, bearing sets, repairing kits for wheel hubs, and bearings accessories.
Ball, roller and sleeve bearings are sold under the CX brand [CX bearing website]. Complex is also a key distributor of power transmission components, seals, and machine parts. ISO 9000:2001 certification was achieved in 2003.
Founded in 1993 as A.O.N. Complex and headquartered in Lodz, the company operates primarily in Poland and eastern European markets, and through nearby European Union member countries.
Complex' IPO listing target is third quarter 2007, and it will use the proceeds from the stock sale to strengthen the business overall.
Michal Nowacki, CEO, said: "We would like to further boost market share of our brands and develop new products."
