MTA2007-MetalAsia to Return to Singapore in Mar '07
Singapore's premier manufacturing technology event, MTA2007-MetalAsia will be held from the March 28 to 31, 2007 at the Singapore Expo. The event is organized by Singapore Exhibition Services Pte Ltd.
In 2005, the event attracted over 13,400 visitors and 941 exhibiting companies from 35 countries and regions. Next year, the event is expected to draw 950 companies from 35 countries and regions. Of these, 78% will be from outside Singapore. Official group pavilions from Germany, the UK, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia and Singapore are also expected at the event.
Held in synergy with MTA2007-MetalAsia is Automation2007, which will bring together leading industrial automation providers to enhance business efficiency and profitability.
MTA2007-MetalAsia incorporates MetrologyAsia2007, which will feature a wide range of precision measurement and testing equipment. Also held alongside the show is OutSource & SubCon2007, which brings together companies engaged in contract manufacturing and sub-contracting services for sectors such as automotive, electronics, components and parts manufacturing, heat treatment, medical, IT and telecommunication, and machinery and equipment manufacturing.
Complementing the exhibition is a series of value-added events including the SIMTech Annual Manufacturing Forum (AMF) and the MTA2007 Manufacturing Technology Forum.
