Philippine ferry companies involved in the world's worst peacetime maritime disasters have container ship sank after the collision, killing at least 24 people were killed and more than 200 others missing, the Coast Guard said on Saturday.
Divers are looking for agencies in the ferry sank on Friday minutes after the collision in the central Philippines cargo ship in the bow, leaving two holes outside Cebu harbor.
Approximately 629 people have been rescued, many fishing boats, 217 people missing, the Coast Guard said.

Another passenger, Jerwin Agudong, said several people were trapped. "It does not seem able to get out we saw dead bodies on the side," he said.
On the shore fishermen said they saw flames.
