Thai tycoons plan to raise $891 million from property funds

Thai Charoen Pokphand Group (CP) and TCC Group plans to sell to the public in a separate real estate fund, in order to improve combined 2.8 billion baht ($ 891 million) control of the real estate companies, Krung Thai Asset Management fund manager said.
CP Land Co., Ltd., by the country's richest man Dhanin control, aimed at raising funds from several office leasing up to 10 billion baht, Krung Thai Bank's CEO, Chung Boonnamrisi, told reporters on Monday.
TCC Land Limited, which is the TCC Group, controlled by billionaire Charoen Pokphand Sirivadhanabhakdi part of the real estate business, the company also plans to raise 250 million baht Thai retail investment funds TRIFu.BK size of about 20 billion baht, Somchai said.

CP and TCC is a leading Thai companies in the past few years has been to buy overseas assets, increased its balance sheet debt.
