Chile Diaguita Indians claim the nation's highest court, asking the world's largest gold mining company to prepare a new environmental impact study, USD $ 850 million to mine the border with Argentina, across the top of the hill.

But Soto said his 3000 plaintiffs hope Barrick Gold Corporation for a new license, taking into account their claims anthropological and cultural watershed below mine.
