German Chancellor Angela Merkel brought together officials from across Europe to discuss how best to work for young people.
The 28 EU heads of state agencies and state labor ministers will meet their labor before Merkel and French President Francois Hollande and other leaders at a meeting last Wednesday in Berlin.
