Japanese stocks fell on Friday, as investors were disappointed, and fluctuations in other Asian markets, because of the uncertainty of Cyprus troubled bank restructuring, lack of specific new central bank governor to stimulate economy.
The benchmark nikkei 225 index fell 1.5%, to 12446.27 points, Hong Kong's hang seng index fell 0.4%, to 22130.08 points. South Korea's Kospi index rose 0.1%, to 1953.16.
In mainland China, the Shanghai composite index rose 0.1% to 2327.32, the smaller shenzhen composite index rose 0.1%, to 959.21. In morning trading gains and losses of the swaying between two indicators.
Australia's S&P ASX 200 index up 0.3% to 4.975.90. In Taiwan, and Singapore's benchmark, rose slightly, and dip in New Zealand.
A weaker dollar in after-hours trading on Thursday, it's from 95.01 to 94.92 yen. The yen weakened, Mr Kuroda made his first speech on Thursday night, after his installation, as governor of the bank reaffirmed commitment, Asia's second largest economy out of deflation, but provide some details.

In other currencies, the euro rose from $1.2899 to $1.2916, in after-hours trading Thursday.
Benchmark oil prices, crude oil prices rose 25 cents to $92.70 a barrel in electronic trading in New York for delivery in September. The contract fell $1.05 to $92.45 a barrel on Thursday.
