Samsung drops Apple sales case in Europe

Samsung says, will give up proceedings, calls for a ban on sales of apple's products in some European.
The south Korean company said it wanted to competition "quite market, not in court" and "protect consumer choice".
The two technology giant has been involved in a series of patent in Europe and the United States fight.
On Monday, the United States the judge rejected the apple's request, banned the sale of samsung smartphone infringe upon the patent.
Earlier this year, the jury found, samsung products violated apple's patent, but the judge said, there is not enough evidence to show that apple sales suffered.
"Consumer choice"
In Europe, samsung electronics has been seeking to force its competitors in the United States out of some products, it says infringe the patent.

"Samsung will continue to be committed in a fair, reasonable and non-discriminatory licensing the terms of our technology, we believe that this is a better enterprise fair competition, in the market, not in court," the company said in a statement.
"It is in this spirit, samsung has decided to withdraw the ban for apple, on the basis of our standard basic patent is applying for the interests of the European court, to protect the consumer choice.
However, the company will continue in Europe, the apple, it claims to be the company's patent infringement.
Apple and samsung has become a rapidly growing smartphone market leader.
