California governor jerry brown said on Wednesday, he is accepted for the treatment of localized prostate cancer.
"Fortunately, it is an early localized prostate cancer, are treated with conventional radiotherapy treatment short," brown's oncologist, university of California at San Francisco of Dr Eric small, said in a statement. "Prognosis is good, is not expected to have any significant side effects."
Brown will continue to be regarded as all his work schedule, and he, his office said in a statement. He is expected to 2013 on January 7th complete treatment.
Last April, governor surgery resection of carcinoma growth from his nose on the right side.
