Whenever some people, Chinese officials, think tanks or academics, usually referring to the U.S. policy in Asia, I always hear the word "to" or "re-balancing". They think its a major conspiracy of containment of China. Western media also tend to even the these unfounded description.
 
This thesis is in the end just lip service, or to reflect the true views, is unclear. Mistaken U.S. policy in Asia for the containment policy in the wrong interpretation of history, and ignore the trend of the global economy deeper.
 
Current, the United States had containment of the Soviet Union, this is a program to respond to the actual threat to the foreign policy and military strategy of the Western democratic life.
