Edinburgh (AP) - British Prime Minister David Cameron on Monday signed an agreement with the Scottish referendum, broke the British split management leader.
Officials from London and Edinburgh have met a few weeks to finalize the details of the Scottish independent vote. Adhere to points, including the date and wording problems.
Cameron met in Edinburgh, Scotland First Minister Alex Salmond approve the agreement, a referendum before the end of 2014.
Expected to come together to provide a "legal, fair and decisive" referendum will decide the hands of an independent Scotland or the British people, praised the Prime Minister of the Scottish two later.
"This marks began to be important in the story of Scotland chapter, and allow the real debate begins," Cameron said in a speech, said late Monday, according to his office issued a pre-prepared speech.
Cameron and other pro-union politicians press the vote held early 2014, because the polls show, favor only a quarter to a third of Scotland leave the union.
Both sides claim they are the votes of victory, will determine the confidence in the future of the British Constitution.
