A, not completely annealing and completely annealing difference

(4) completely annealing generally get flake pearlite, but not completely annealing get globular pearlite.
 
Two, don't fully annealing applications

Not completely annealing can be used for YaGongXiGang, also can be used for including steel. After annealing characteristics is of pearlite cementite into shape, this not over annealing and called the ball annealing.

For YaGongXiGang is not completely annealing often for the following conditions:

(1) improve machinability, this kind of annealing is mainly used in the forging parts, especially the carbon content of higher parts, because after forging steel interloper, hardness is difficult to cut on the high side.

(2) improve performance of the cold deformation ball back, this kind of annealing used to need to cold sex of the deformation of the YaGongXiGang.
 
Three, isothermal annealing in ordinary annealing difference

The isothermal annealing and ordinary annealing process and cooling method has some difference, ordinary annealing is generally the heat preservation after the completion of the process with the slow cooling furnace, when the workpiece is cold to 500 degree Celsius can empty out cold. And the isothermal annealing heat insulation is workpiece, with the faster the cooling speed cold to the following a certain temperature Ac1 stay for a long time, make the austenitic isothermal decomposition for pearlite, and then in a rapid cooling speed (air cold) to room temperature. The isothermal annealing is short time, the quality is good.
 
Four, isothermal annealing cooling method

(2) the isothermal ball back: and ordinary ball back the same temperature of heat insulation, furnace cold to slightly lower than Ar1 temperature of isothermal, after the end of cold air from the isothermal.

(3) cycle back the ball back: it is in above and below Ac1 alternate heating, cooling, equivalent to cold isothermal ball back many times.
