Motor bearing the reason of SKF overheating and treatment method

(1) Bearing damage should be replaced.

(2) Rolling NSK bearing greases too much, too little or impurities. Bearing grease capacity should not be more than 70% of the total volume, impurity should be replaced.

(3) Shaft bearing fits with tight or too loose. When tight should be grinding, too loose with the axis should be to set.

(4) FAG bearings and cover with too tight or too loose. When tight processing bearings room, too loose ends with steel set in.

(5) The two cover or cover assembly bearing bad. Will cover or cover mouth packed into the bearings,  flat, tighten the screws .

(6) Belts tight or coupling assembly is poor. Adjust the belt tension, calibration coupling.

 
(7) INA sliding bearing grease too little, impurity, or oil ring stuck. Such as add oil, change new oil, the repair or replace the oil rings.
