The conveyor belt deviation and its treatment
Running conveyor belt deviation is one of the most common faults. There are many reasons for deviation; the main reason is to install low accuracy and poor routine maintenance.
During installation, the head and tail roller, intermediate between the rollers in the same center line as possible and parallel to each other to ensure that conveyor belt is not biased or less biased.

(1) Check the roller conveyor vertical center line and the horizontal centerline of the non-coincidence degree. Adjustment of the head drum is: If the right conveyor belt to the drum deviation, then the right side of the roller bearing should be moved forward or backward bearing left; if the roller conveyor to the left side of deviation, the roller bearing should be left or right side of the bearing to move forward after the shift. Rear roller adjustment method and the head drum is just the opposite.
(3) Check the location of the material on the conveyor belt. Material in the conveyor belt is not centered on the cross-section, will result in belt deviation.
If the material is to the right side, then the belt deviation to the left, and vice versa. It should be possible to use materials center. To reduce or avoid such belt deviation increase block plate, change the direction and location of materials.
