The conveyor belt deviation and its treatment
 
 
Running conveyor belt deviation is one of the most common faults. There are many reasons for deviation; the main reason is to install low accuracy and poor routine maintenance.
During installation, the head and tail roller, intermediate between the rollers in the same center line as possible and parallel to each other to ensure that conveyor belt is not biased or less biased.
In addition, the ribbon connector to the right, both sides of the perimeter should be the same.
In the course, if there is deviation, it will make the following checks to determine the cause and to be adjusted. Always check the location deviation conveyor and processing methods are:
 
(1) Check the roller conveyor vertical center line and the horizontal centerline of the non-coincidence degree. If you do not contact ratio exceeds 3mm, idlers should be used on both sides of elongated mounting holes to adjust them. Which specific method is biased on one side of conveyor belt, roller conveyor group of the lateral direction of forward progress, or the other side after the shift.
 
(2) Check the head, tail rack bearing two plane deviations. If two plane deviation greater than 1mm, then the two planes should adjust in the same plane. Adjustment of the head drum is: If the right conveyor belt to the drum deviation, then the right side of the roller bearing should be moved forward or backward bearing left; if the roller conveyor to the left side of deviation, the roller bearing should be left or right side of the bearing to move forward after the shift. Rear roller adjustment method and the head drum is just the opposite.
 
(3) Check the location of the material on the conveyor belt. Material in the conveyor belt is not centered on the cross-section, will result in belt deviation.
If the material is to the right side, then the belt deviation to the left, and vice versa. It should be possible to use materials center. To reduce or avoid such belt deviation increase block plate, change the direction and location of materials.
