4) bearing alloy and the axis of the contact Angle is more than 120 o, can't use the method of WaKou chipped plane to adjust the contact Angle or the adjustment of the large clearance can't.

Third, thin wall tile

1) bearing alloy melt layer burn;

2) bearing alloy layer badly worn, happen bite, and can not use plus mat method when tightening;

3) bearing alloy layer or when shell cracking;

4) bearing alloy layer wear is not very serious, but I can't guarantee maintenance interval;

5) bearing alloy layer to wear, the need to add mat method by tightening bearing, but more than 0.5 mm shim thickness.

Fourth, thrust bearing

1) thrust pad severe wear, the thickness of the thinning 1/2 or above;

2) thrust pad burn when melting;
3) thrust pad shell, cracking.
