A Canadian company will stretch for hundreds of miles through the Midwest oil pipeline plan to build quietly approved - just not you want the fast lane.
The Keystone XL pipeline is still mired in the National Environmental security and climate change debate, another company, Calgary, Alberta, Onkyo Corporation, hoping to begin construction early next month a 600-mile pipeline.
