Officials from North and South Korea the third meeting this month to discuss how to restart the stalled inter-Korean factory park, this is an important symbol of cooperation between countries.
Seoul's Unification Ministry said that in the North Korean border city of Kaesong complex is located in the factory where the talks are taking place on Wednesday.
In previous talks, the countries agreed to revive the desire complex, but can not agree how to do.
In the Kaesong complex operations were suspended in April, the DPRK nuclear test conducted in February when the tension high.
The park opened in 2004 during the inter-Korean reconciliation. It combines South Korea's capital and management skills with cheap North Korean labor.
