Refining HOLLYFRONTIER's board of directors has approved a special dividend of 50 cents per share.
The special dividend is on June 10th to May 29 registered shareholders pay.
Dallas company said on Thursday that its board of directors has approved a quarterly dividend of 30 cents per share. The dividend will be on June 12, July 3 and registered shareholders to pay.
HOLLYFRONTIER company reported its first quarter net revenue growth of 38% last week, and to improve profit margins, but revenue fell, the yield decreased. Profit lagged Wall Street expectations, revenue more than expected.
On Wednesday, the stock closed at $48.43. A 52-week range $59.20 and $28.08 in the buying and selling shares of the company.
