All Black Nick Evans said that last season to win the Premier League, rehabilitated, he decided to abandon the move to the northern hemisphere's international career.
31-year-old fly-half to leave New Zealand in 2008, made the World Cup quarter-final victory over France a year ago in Cardiff on the 16th, he played the last to join the London side of the clown.
Evans viewed on a black only won their second World Cup championship last year, but the leadership of Harlequin in its 146 year history the British crown.
Last season, is likely to be the pinnacle of my club career, Evans said: "Who is to look at his Quins team-mate bend over to compete in the first round of the JPMorgan Asset Management Premiership Rugby 7S series in its home ground.
"I played a lot of the final in New Zealand, but never beaten them, so a part of the Quins to win their first party the Premier League after 146 years, will always be with us the things of life.
"This is a fantastic season and a lot of hard work to win it," Evans said.
"We do our opportunities, and be able to turn it off, last year we won the European Challenge Cup, which is great, because I always say, I want to come and win the championship, and won a stepping stone for me.
"To win the Premier League is difficult. This is a difficult marathon throughout the year, and it's right at the end of the year is amazing.
"For me, this is vindication, I've made the right choice to come here, I will not be as forthcoming in error, and will not win it.
"I thought the missed opportunities, because we have not won it.
"I will never regret to come here now, we have done what I felt I did from winning the Premier League more than others."
Evans said that when he returned to New Zealand, the English Premier League success earned Leicester 1 30-23 playoff final victory, really hit home.
He explained the attitude he learned growing up in New Zealand last semester has played an important part of in Quins's success.
"This is difficult to immediately put into perspective, England (World Cup), because there are a lot of people to go.
"It was not until I returned home in New Zealand, I saw how proud. Quins support the home, great for all the congratulations.
"Club style that first attracted my play, and in the future affect the location of these young players, the goalkicking midfielder.
"This is a very attractive, and can help them," Evans explained.
"We in New Zealand, the value of the game and how to train and method for game learning - may have rubbed off
