Causes of needle roller bearing overheating mainly has following several aspects:
(1) needle roller bearings have been damaged, it should be replaced immediately.
(2) needle roller bearing grease, too little, or too much iron and other impurities. Shaft grease capacity should not exceed the total volume 70%, impurities should be replaced.
(3) the shaft and bearing too tight or too loose. Too tight to be grinding again, too loose hinge when insetting.
(4) needle bearing and end caps suit is too tight or too loose. Machining bearing housing while too tight, too loose, within the end cap with the steel.
(5) both ends of the motor cover or bad bearing cap Assembly. Spigot into the end cover or housing cover, loading, and tighten the screws.
(6) the belt too tight or poor coupling Assembly. Adjust the belt tension, and correct coupling.
(7) the sliding bearing oil or lubricating oil is in short supply, there are impurities stuck in the ring. Should be like come on, get a new oil, repair or replace the oil ring.
