Bearing inner packing by anti-rust period is divided into three categories:
① Short rust Packing: rust of 3 to 6 months, suitable for large volume shipments to the same subscriber, the short term will be put into use bearings. By mutual agreement, in order to facilitate the use of the principle, the use of simple packaging.
② general rust Packing: anti-rust period of one year, for general purpose FAG bearings.
③ long rust Packing: anti-rust period of two years for special and precision bearings.
NSK bearings polyethylene plastic tube packaging materials (boxes), kraft paper, plain paper and wrinkles polyethylene, paper, polyethylene or polyethylene plastic film, plastic woven nylon fastening tape or grip tape, waterproof high-strength plastic belt, sacks, etc. These materials are required to ensure that the corrosion resistance of materials passing the test.
Bearing inner packaging method in principle requirements:
① miniature bearings: every 10 to 15 sets of bearings into a plastic tube, every 5 to 10 plastic tube into a box (or bag, wrapping).
② medium and small bearings:
- Multiple sets of bearings with polyethylene film, topical kraft paper or polyethylene composite paper for wrapping;
- Multiple sets of bearings into a plastic tube (box);
- A single set of bearings with polyethylene film bag, folded, or seal the bag and then into a carton.
③ large bearings:
- With polyethylene film or polyethylene single set of composite paper packaging, and then into a carton;
- Polyethylene film bag, a single set of packaging folding bag, and then into a carton;
- Single package into a special plastic boxes;
- A single set of three wrapped Packing: inner layer of polyethylene film tape or composite tape, middle fastening tape, plastic tape penetration with a waterproof outer layer.
④ large bearings:
- A single set of three-wrapped package (ibid.);
- Single by four wrapped package: In the three-wrapped packaging, the outermost layer and then wrapped with linen.
Outside diameter ≥ 150mm detachable type tapered roller bearings, before packing the inner and outer components should be preceded liner polyethylene film, or the inner and outer components packaged separately.
Outside diameter ≥ 150mm interchangeable cylindrical roller bearings, complete packing easy knock injury due to general internal and external components can be packaged separately.
General Bearing packaging materials and requirements are as follows:
① double corrugated boxes, each containing a total weight (gross weight) does not exceed 25kg, external plastic packing box strapping;
② nail crate (wooden box), each containing a total weight not exceeding 30kg, Box topical blue strip strapping;
③ Gaisu corrugated boxes, each containing a total weight not exceeding 25kg, love to use plastic packing box strapping.
The TIMKEN bearings with inner packaging products into the box, should be in the box liner bags or plastic film; inside any gaps, needed corrugated blocks, paper and other dry material filled.
