This is the first international tech center for Okuma America Corporation. Located in the “Industrial Capital of Mexico”, this 25,000 square foot, world-class facility allows manufacturers to fully experience the excellence and quality of Okuma CNC machine tools by participating in live, hands-on cutting demonstrations.
The Okuma Mexico Tech Center enables customers to improve their productivity by testing different technologies and processes, and through numerous training opportunities. In addition to demonstrations showcasing Okuma CNC machines, the center provides turnkey services including runoffs with access to metrology equipment, ready inventory of cutting tools, process analysis for CNC machine selection, simulation machine tools for training, and support from onsite application engineers.
Since 1989, HEMAQ has been the exclusive sales agent of Okuma machine tools in Mexico, with sales and installations exceeding 4,000 units to date. HEMAQ fully supports Okuma CNC machine products locally, including sales, 24/7 service, and engineering.
